On September 1st, 2022, CMD old fully migrates to CMD 2.0!
This means that:
- All traffic on CMD old will get redirected to CMD 2.0
- Starting September 1st, Models and Members will no longer be able to access CMD old or their old CMD accounts
- The final payout for CMD old Models will be processed, as usual, the following week: on Mon Sep 5th, 2022
The action you need to take next:
- Create your free CMD 2.0 account by September 1st, 2022 (if you haven’t already).
- Models with balances below the minimum payout amount, with CMD 2.0 accounts created under the same emails — can rest assured: they will have their balances auto transferred within 5 working days, starting September 5th, 2022.
- Models with balances below the minimum payout amount, with CMD and CMD 2.0 accounts under different email addresses, will need to make a request, via Support, to have their balances transferred to their CMD 2.0 accounts. They’ll need to provide both their CMD old and their CMD 2.0 account email addresses.
- Members who’ll still have balances left in their CMD old accounts will need to contact Support — and provide the email addresses used for both their old CMD and their new CMD accounts — to have them transferred to their CMD 2.0 accounts.
