• TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: I am not responsible for any technical difficulties on your end. I have hardwired fiber optic internet connection to be sure there won't be any problems on my end. If the call disconnects, or is having trouble connecting, I will give one one callback that has to be within 5 minutes of the initial call. If you take longer than the allotted time you therefore forfeit the remaining call time, and remaining time is NOT subject to refund.
• CUSTOMER POSTPONED SESSION: Customers must pay 50% of estimated total for sessions at the time of request in order to guarantee availability, bookings cannot be rescheduled, therefore forfeiting deposit.
• Customer is not satisfied with the content received.
